Specific services (design, marketing, SEO, ads, etc.) are governed by the proposal or master services agreement signed for that engagement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

Intellectual property

All deliverables remain the property of Designroars until full payment is received. Final assets transfer on receipt of cleared funds, except for third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins) which remain under their respective licences.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designroars is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Delhi.
