We work hard to deliver outstanding results on every engagement. The following outlines our standard refund and cancellation terms — your signed proposal may set specific terms which prevail.

Project work

Project fees are typically split into milestones. Once a milestone has been delivered and approved, the corresponding payment is non-refundable. Unstarted milestones may be cancelled with 14 days' notice.

Retainers

Monthly retainers can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

Ad spend

Media spend paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is governed by their refund terms and is not refundable by us.

Requesting a refund

Contact projects@designroars.com with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
