About the role
We are looking for a Creative Designer who can create engaging graphics, social media creatives, reels, and marketing videos for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using design software, video editing tools, and AI-powered creative tools to produce high-quality content efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, enjoys learning new technologies, and wants to grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Design
- Create social media posts, carousel creatives, banners, and advertisements.
- Design marketing materials for digital campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across client projects.
- Create website and landing page graphics when required.
- Video Editing
- Edit reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
- Add captions, transitions, effects, and basic motion graphics.
- Adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- AI-Assisted Content Creation
- Use AI tools to generate images, creative concepts, and video assets.
- Write prompts and refine AI-generated outputs.
- Explore new AI tools and workflows to improve content production.
- Team Collaboration
- Work with content creators and marketing teams.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Adobe Photoshop or Canva
- Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
- CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Leonardo AI, or similar platforms
- Understanding of social media content formats
- Good design sense, typography, and visual composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
