What you will own
End-to-end SEO — technical audits, on-page optimization, link building, content strategy, and tracking
Google Ads — Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign setup and optimization
Meta Ads — campaign strategy, audience building, creative briefs, A/B testing, and ROAS optimization
Product research — market demand analysis, keyword gap analysis, competitor benchmarking, and category sizing ahead of product launches
Analytics reporting — weekly dashboards covering traffic, CTR, CPC, conversions, and organic rankings
AI tool adoption — proactively use AI tools to speed up content, research, and campaign work
International client communication — writing and presenting reports in clear, professional English
Who we are looking for
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO and/or paid ads (Google or Meta)
Demonstrated results — you can show us numbers: rankings improved, ROAS achieved, leads generated
Strong written and spoken English — mandatory for international client-facing work
Comfortable with tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Ubersuggest
Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and actively uses them in daily workflow
Self-starter who takes ownership without being micromanaged
Willing to learn and work across functions during the early stage of company growth
